Individual Therapy Session
JBM Therapy offers support for women and adolescents (10+) who struggle with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, grief, low mood, trauma, anger, childhood wounds, self-esteem, and ADHD (ADHD support for teens & adults only at this time).

At JBM, you can expect to have a comfortable and empowering process where when you are ready, you can share your experiences and emotions freely without fear of judgment. It's not uncommon to laugh and process emotions in the same session in our practice, and as heavy as it may feel at times, Jenna will be there to support you every step of the way.

In session, Jenna will work collaboratively at a pace that is comfortable for you. With Jenna's guidance, she hopes to help you overcome the obstacles that have been holding you back and move you forward with confidence.

We provide individual counselling sessions that emphasize connection and progress through a variety of approaches. Our therapist utilizes evidence-based therapeutic methods such as CBT, solution-focused, ARPT, narrative, emotion-focused, and client-centered therapy and she is becoming an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider. She works through a trauma-informed, culturally inclusive, relational and attachment-based lens.
